WATERBURY-STOWE FISH & GAME CLUB

MEETING MINUTES

APRIL 4, 2012

The quarterly meeting was held and sparsely attended on the evening of April 4, 2012.

Tom Sandretto presented the Treasurer’s report. There is a balance of $39,195 in the certificate of deposit and $21,840 in the checkbook. He reminded all that a number of projects had been authorized at the January meeting and the projects will make demands upon the available balances. He reported that memberships are still coming in nicely and that he would send a follow-up notice to past members who have not yet renewed for 2012.

It was reported that Mike and Izzi Keiser will be managing the Duck Race again this year. They are seeking the list of $100 duck ticket buyers and their respective addresses.

The reconstruction of the Skeet shack was discussed and Bill Whitehair produced a drawing of the proposed replacement and a materials list. It was decided to reduce the size of the structure. There was also considerable discussion about coordinating this project with the rewiring that is also intended this year. Bill will attempt to contact and coordinate with Chris Joyal. It would appear that late summer/early fall would be the best time period for the reconstruction.

This exhausted the four members present so they adjourned.
