BOOKING GUIDELINES

• If you wish to rent the club, you MUST be a member or be sponsored by a member.
• Club members can still shoot while events are in progress.
  • If you’re having a wedding or some event where quiet is required, please ask them nicely to not shoot during the event itself. Our members are decent folk and are willing to work out a compromise.
• Each booking requires an additional $150 deposit. The deposit will be returned if the clubhouse is neat and clean and the garbage is placed in the dumpster.
• Half day is considered from 12 noon on.

They are socially conscious and have assisted in a fundraiser now for two years helping OUR House of Central Vermont, the Children’s Advocacy Center for Washington County help raise money, at a now annual Skeet Tournament. They help people of all ages and experience levels be safe and have fun. The grounds are clean and welcoming, inside and out.”

“The Waterbury-Stowe Fish & Game Club was hands down the best option for a wedding venue that we came across. Not only is the rental fee very reasonable, but the space is a blank slate that can be tailored to your specific needs. With the addition of a 20’x40′ tent alongside the pavilion, we were able to comfortably seat around 200 people, leaving plenty of space for a dance floor. The venue is centrally located, with ample parking on site. The ponds down the hill made a beautiful backdrop for our August ceremony. We would definitely recommend this venue!”
